VTE Together

On behalf of the Local Organising Committee, we are delighted to welcome you to the VTE Together Conference 2026.

VTE Together brings clinicians, researchers, and healthcare professionals from across Ireland, the UK, and beyond to share knowledge, discuss emerging evidence, and advance best practice in the prevention and treatment of venous thromboembolism. The meeting is designed to foster collaboration across specialties including haematology, vascular medicine, obstetrics, surgery, emergency medicine, and allied health.

Our aim is to create an engaging and practical programme that highlights the latest science while supporting open discussion about real-world challenges in VTE care. Most importantly, the meeting provides an opportunity to strengthen the growing community of professionals working to improve outcomes for patients at risk of thrombosis.
