Registration includes:

• Attendance to all sessions from Monday 5th October to Tuesday 6th October 2026.

• Access to the exhibition from Monday 5th October to Tuesday 6th October 2026.

• Delegate Catering from Monday 5th October to Tuesday 6th October 2026.

Early Bird Registration Fees - Available until 30th June 2026
Please note: Early registration fees are subject to full payment before the early bird fee deadline.
 
Standard Early Bird Registration: €250.00
Consultant Registration Fee: €300.00
Nursing AHP Early Bird Registration: €125.00

Cancellation Policy

• Notice of cancellation must be sent by email (vte@abbeyconferences.com)

• For cancellations received on or before 24 August 2026 a full refund less an administration charge of €50 will be granted

• After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee

• No‐shows will not receive a refund

• Substitutions are welcome

• In the unlikely case that the conference cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of law or regulation by foreign Authorities, epidemic outbreak, sanitary emergency, etc) the Event Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage. Conference registrations fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred or alternative arrangements offered to delegates.

• Please allow up to 3 weeks for refunds to be processed

• Refunds due to denied visa applications can only be given before 24th August 2026. After which point, a refund will not be issued. 

• Refund requests relating to serious illness, accident or family bereavement may be considered by providing appropriate certificate evidence.

 

Payment Policy

• Payment is required at the time of registration and is due in EURO. For registrations received without payment a provisional booking will be held for 14 days. All registrations will be acknowledged within 7 days of receipt.

• To take advantage of the Early Bird fee, you will need to register and pay by 30th June 2026. 

• Payment methods available include card payment/bank transfer.
